Return / Exchange / Cancellation Policy

Return

Due to hygiene reasons, we do not accept any returns and all sales are considered final. While placing your order, in case of any product related concern / query, please write to us on info@augustcharms.com before making your purchase.


Exchange

For rings:
We understand that it’s tricky to purchase rings online, so we do we have a 3 day exchange policy in place exclusively for rings. Please write to us on info@augustcharms.com with all your order details to initiate an exchange.

For all other products: 
We encourage you to please inspect your order upon reception since exchanges are only permitted in the following cases:

- Your product has defects / is damaged on arrival
- You receive an incorrect product from our end
- Your package seems to be tampered during transit 

In such cases, please do write to us on info@augustcharms.com within 24 hours of receiving your package. We would require a complete uncut unboxing video from start to end, ensuring that all original packaging / labels are fully visible.


Cancellation & Refunds

We do not accept cancellation requests once the order has been placed with us. We do not have a refund policy in place since we do not accept any returns or cancellations.
