1. What is the lifespan of the jewellery?

We use the highest quality of materials to ensure that your jewellery lasts a long time. However, please make sure to follow all the necessary measures. Our Jewellery Care Guide page has all the information you need to know. 

2. What is the jewellery made up of?

All our jewellery is 18k real gold plated stainless steel. We use a vacuum based technology to ensure that the plating lasts much longer than any other standard gold plating.
The material is extremely safe and does not cause any rashes or allergies, even for sensitive skin. Since we use the highest quality of materials, all our jewellery is tarnish-proof and water-proof - making it super convenient for you to wear everyday.

1. How do I find my order number? How do I track my order?

Once you place an order with us, you get an automated email with all your order details. You can track your order on: https://www.delhivery.com/tracking

2. Can I change my delivery address?

Please write to us on info@augustcharms.com. We can change the delivery address from our end only if your order has not been dispatched from our facility yet.

Payments:

1. What payment methods do you accept?

We accept payments via UPI, Credit Card, Debit Card through Razorpay. We do not accept Cash on Delivery.
